Vitamin D Rapid Test Self Test – Vitamine D Sneltest Zelftest ( Thuistest – Test at Home )

1. Was uw handen met zeep en spoel ze met zuiver warm water. 2. Laat de testkit op kamertemperatuur komen voordat u deze opent. Open het zakje, neem de testcassette eruit en plaats deze op een schoon, vlak oppervlak. Voer de test uit binnen het uur. Het beste resultaat wordt bereikt als de test onmiddellijk na opening van het foliezakje uitgevoerd wordt. Haal de capillaire pipet, de buffer, de steriele lancet en het alcoholdoekje eruit en plaats ze vlak bij de testcassette. 3. Trek voorzichtig de dop van de steriele lancet en gooi deze weg. 4. Gebruik het meegeleverde alcoholdoekje om de vingertop van de middelvinger of ringvinger schoon te maken als prikplaats. Laat aan de lucht drogen. 5. Druk op de lancet, aan de kant waar u de dop verwijderd hebt, de punt trekt automatisch en veilig terug na gebruik. Masseer de hand zonder de prikplaats aan te raken door de hand naar de vingertop van de middelvinger of ringvinger die u prikt toe te masseren. 6. Houd de hand omlaag om de vinger te masseren om een goede bloeddruppel te verkrijgen. 7. Breng de capillaire pipet in contact met het bloed zonder op de ballon te duwen/erin te knijpen. Laat het bloed in de capillaire pipet migreren door de capillair tot aan de zwarte vullijn die aangegeven staat op de capillaire pipet. Als het bloed niet tot aan de in het zwart aangegeven vullijn komt, kunt u de vinger opnieuw masseren. Vermijd luchtbellen. 8. Laat al het verzamelde bloed in de specimen opening (monster) van de cassette lopen, door op de ballon te duwen. 9. Wacht tot het bloed volledig in de monsteropening gelopen is. Draai de dop van de bufferflacon los en voeg 2 druppels buffervloeistof toe in de bufferopening (buffer) van de cassette en start een timer. 10. Wacht tot de gekleurde lijn(en) verschijnt/verschijnen. Lees de resultaten af na 10 minuten. Vergelijk de intensiteit van de T-lijn met de meegeleverde “BIOZEK Vitamine D Kleurenkaart” om de vitamine D-spiegel in uw bloed te bepalen. Interpreteer de resultaten niet na 20 minuten. ———————————————————————————————— 1. Wash your hands with soap and rinse with clear warm water. 2. Bring the test kit to room temperature before opening it. Open the pouch, remove the test cassette and place it on a clean and level surface. Run the test within one hour and best result will be obtained if the test is performed immediately after opening the foil pouch. Remove the capillary dropper, buffer, sterile lancet and alcohol pad, place them close to the test cassette. 3. Carefully pull off and dispose the released cap of the sterile lancet. 4. Use the provided alcohol pad to clean the fingertip of the middle or ring finger as the puncture site. Allow to air dry. 5. Press the lancet, on the side from where the cap was removed, the tip retracts automatically and safely after use. Massage the hand without touching the puncture site by massaging the hand towards the fingertip of the punctured middle or ring finger. 6. Keep the hand down to massage the finger to obtain a blood drop. 7. Without squeezing the capillary dropper bulb, put it in contact with the blood. Let the blood migrate into the capillary dropper through the capillarity to the black fill line indicated on the capillary dropper. You may massage again your finger to obtain more blood if the blood does not reach the indicated fill line in black. Avoid of air bubbles. 8. Release all the collected blood into the specimen well (Sample) of the cassette, by squeezing the dropper bulb. 9. Wait for the blood to be totally dispensed in the specimen well. Unscrew the cap of the buffer vial and add 2 drops of buffer into the buffer well (Buffer) of the cassette and start a timer. 10. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read results at 10 minutes. Compare the T line intensity with “BIOZEK Vitamin D Color Card” provided with the kit to get the Vitamin D level in your blood. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
